5. SMS Opt-In and Text Messaging

SMS consent is captured through the following method, preserved in evidence:

• Booking calendar: By ticking the SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default) on our booking calendar at g2scale.com when scheduling a meeting.

Ticking the SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not required to book a meeting. Providing your phone number without ticking the consent checkbox does not enroll you in SMS. Once consent is given, you may receive SMS related to your meeting, including booking confirmations, reminders, recaps, requested information, and conversational replies tied to the active business conversation.

Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the information below.

5.1 No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude mobile opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers collected through G2Scale's SMS program are used solely for the purpose of providing our client acquisition, appointment-setting, and service-related communications.
